My career started in HR and operations for global IT staffing firms — managing teams across the U.S. and India, supporting Fortune 500 clients, navigating compliance, and learning what it actually takes to run complex organizations at scale.

In 2011, I launched Orchid Consulting to bring that same operational rigor to small business founders who couldn't afford — or didn't need — a full-time executive.

Since then, I've partnered with 7 and 8-figure founders to build the systems, teams, and structures that let them lead instead of react.
